Jennie Merchant, PA-C

Jennie Merchant is a board-certified physician assistant at Dermatology Associates of Tallahassee (DAT), where she has been practicing since 2017.  A Tallahassee native, Jennie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2014. Before attending PA school, Jennie gained valuable experience through the Dermatology Research and Practice Scholars (DRAPS) program with Dr. Green through DAT. She then went on to complete her Master’s in Physician Assistant Practice degree from Campbell University in 2017.

Jennie is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and holds the distinction of “Diplomate Fellow”. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, Diversity in Dermatology, and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is in good standing with the Florida Board of Medicine and is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Jennie specializes in surgical and general dermatology. In her free time, Jennie enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching football and baseball, and exercising.
